I hear the chime at the beginning and see the bar load up but once it hits the half-way point it goes to a black screen. Once the computer boots up around half way through it the screen goes black. Hello, Ive recently encountered a problem with my 2009 iMac. I've got an late 2009 27'' iMac (Core 2 Duo). iMac goes to a black screen after boot up. ![]()
